A Construction Engineering graduate of Iowa State University, Jeff has held leadership roles for major contractors. His extensive background spans heavy highway construction, mass earthwork, underground utilities, and wastewater treatment plant expansion across multiple states, providing him a deep understanding of contractor means and methods.

Jeff uses industry-standard estimating software like HCSS HeavyBid and Agtek to develop accurate, production-based cost models. He has successfully managed estimates for Design-Build and DOT projects valued up to $142 million, leveraging his expertise in value engineering, change order negotiation, and complex scheduling to optimize project delivery. Jeff supports ICE Teams with precise civil estimating and earthwork analysis.
