Chad Harless is a skilled Cost Estimator with a background in heavy civil construction, surveying, and project engineering. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho and has experience in estimating, CAD drafting, and field operations. At ICE Teams, Chad leverages his expertise in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and proposal development using industry-leading tools like HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Excel, and Agtek. His ability to collaborate with teams, analyze project risks, and develop accurate cost estimates makes him a valuable asset. With experience spanning construction management, surveying, and even law enforcement, Chad brings a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to every project.
